Just seen this traffic update on the globe website romborough Village Road Bromborough
Both ways between A41 New Chester Road and B5137 Spital Road / Mark Rake

Bromborough Village Road both ways closed due to building fire at a paint shop between A41 New Chester Road and B5137 Spital Road / Mark Rake. Affecting traffic Bebington and Hooton.
until 9.10pm Tue 4th May 10 Not brom paints is it?

Fire at Wirral paint warehouseA PAINT warehouse in Bromborough was damaged by smoke during a fire last night.
Incident investigators are treating the cause of the blaze, at the Bromborough Paints store in Village Road, as an accident.Fire crews were called to the store at around 6.30pm. On arrival they found the tray counter area had been damaged by fire, heat and smoke. The upper floor display area and two other warehouses were also damaged by smoke. THE GLOBE
