anyone know why shrewsbury road closed this afternoon police blocked both ends off loked like wall down crash? me just being nosy

seen a motor bike "scooter type" smashed to bits in road police tape across road.

Wallasey tunnel was closed because a bike broke down I'm told so no real connection apart from the fact it's both bikes
