This may sound such a silly question but ive never done it before. But i have a picture which i have of the internet which i want to put in a photo frame which is 10cm by 15cm But when i go to print it off it goes to another size.
Is there a program for printing which i can use to set the picture to what size i want?

I tend to do photos from Powerpoint. Its easy to choose the size of the pic in there and you can get a few on an A4 page - make sure to set the page to A4 though or it might distort the image size with it being on a slide rather than A4. Check the printer's on A4 too (daft idea but you never know - printers have a mind of their own!)

So if i download powerpoint i would be able to set the size to print at 10cm by 15cm and it would print out to fit the frame exactly?

The only other thing i can think of is getting photoshop - you can fiddle with size in that too. Sorry didn't realise you did not have powerpoint. It would probably work in Word too - if you have that in Works?

could you save the image in that size then insert it into a document? it should in theory keep its size.

are you dragging it from one application to another? sometimes that means it won't see it when it prints. what are you putting it into? try to use the Insert/Picture from file option

try paintshop pro 7 or 8 you can just drag your pics into A4 and it will adjust them all to fit to the page file browse select pic or pics file print layout drag pics into box preferences autoarrange or grab the corner of a pic and drag to size wanted
make sure in file print setup you pick your printer paper size and quality
