That's a mean trick, 3/4 of the picture wasn't a Triumph GT6 - the bonnet has a completely different line plus chrome trim, the wheels not original, its got the wrong bumper on - this thing could qualify for Q reg!

Those trims are MK3 GT6 trims. They where out on the really early cars. I had a mk1 Vitesse 2 litre which im sure you know was practically the same car with a herald Body. The bonnets where slightly differnt to fit the bigger engine. They did add bits here and there to differentiate from a standard Spitty.
