According to council plans the new Netto will be a brand new building:

Let's hope the new buildings include aesthetics in the design...the Kwik Save was truly ugly and utilitarian.

Must be putting up a fight - thought this would be rubble in a couple of days - mind you they did reinforce it after the breakins through walls, roof etc.
