They will prob leave it for another fortnight, and if i DO leave my bin out in the street i can be done for OBSTRUCTION!!!! FFS, why cant they just get it right, they fook up ALL the time!!

Anyone know what I can do about getting my green bin emptied ? My neighbour helps put it out for me for various reasons but she forgot last week. I'd forgot 2 weeks ago so, its been a month, and the bin is full now.
I got on to streetscene by email last thursday and explained but all they said was put it out next week before 7am. I emailed right back again to tell that isnt acceptable or appropriate as by then it will be 6 weeks and a pretty nasty health hazard but I've had no reply for 4 days now. Do I lodge a complaint, give up - what ? Any advice would be cool thanks.
