Check the local scrappys mate, even if you can only phone up. See what they have in. Do you think you will try and get the car as well as a payout to break, or you just gonna jib it off now?

no protection on the ncb, its 3 years

Whatever happens with the insurance, best advice I can give in my experience is to stand ya ground and don't let them intimidate you, although ya only gonna need that advice if you decide to claim financially on the insurance of course.

If one person is doing it, ya may as well both do it (providing the passenger is also injured of course lmao ) as it wont adversely affect you next premium any further iirc.

Category B Write Off

Being returned to me this week free of charge.

So its being stripped.

Internally its fine, plus most of the external parts. And i have access to the engine bay - as you can see from the pics though, radiator, headlights, indicators, fog lights, etc all damaged/missing
