theresa health and safety issue as well ...ill have to do a risk assessment ...there are issue like goggles (eyes) gloves (white finger you dont 1nt that) mask (is there an asbestos risk)cable pipe detector (any live wires or plumbing) fire risk risk to members of the public is it at hight nuisance noise ican go more indeph if you 1nt sony...shut...up

Funny you should say that MissG - Already tried that with a bent nail and the heel of my cowboy boot Even funnier is this is EXACTLY why I ended up doing the bathroom myself - and look what happened there!! It's all risk assessments and sharp intakes of breath through the teeth until somebody breaks an arm
