Well if its THAT unsafe and structurally unsound, how come it is being a pig to demolish!! My mates company is doing the demo, Total Demolition Services, and he was telling me they have had to bring in the BIG 30 tonne machine to do it. They were meant to do it by hand and powertools as it is close to the road, but they wernt effective enough! Some structural surveyor eh? Kerching £££££££££ Council!!!!
