Gordon Brown and his pedigree chums are a load of spineless fecking ...!!! This country is suffering a slip into recession, has become a heaven for Criminal's, where life in prison can actually mean 12 years, is struggling to keep the health service afloat and refusing to treat patient's with life-threatening illnesses etc... And way fooking hay, the government have now decided to further ensure that the rich become even richer and the poor become even poorer... People in the UK who go online and illegally download music and films may have their internet access cut under plans the government is considering.
A draft consultation suggests internet service providers would be required to take action over users who access pirated material via their accounts.
But the government is stressing that plans are at an early stage and it is still working on final proposals.
Six million people a year are estimated to download files illegally in the UK.
Music and film companies say that the illegal downloads cost them millions of pounds in lost revenues. So with all the problem's in this country, the only one the government is even remotely interested in sorting out, is the fact that rip-off merchant's should get more money then ever before by banning the sharing of music... I say to Gordon Brown, you spineless gutless little prik, instead of developing a deterrent to doing something so fooking trivial, why dont you build a prison system that provide's a deterrent to criminal's, who currently see it as a total joke, an easy life, and it costing the taxpayer billion's every year to look after the ... who terrorize them and their friends!!!

Just sign up under a different name If they cant handle fraud at card level how are they going to handle it at any other level. its like that 21 year old in the sates, sony or who ever made and example of her, and fined her something like 500,000 Dollars for sharing music. I bet every one is still doing it with Catch me on there doors.

I don't want to split hair here but...... This country is suffering a slip into recession, has become a heaven for Criminal's, Fair enough.... A draft consultation suggests internet service providers would be required to take action over users who access pirated material via their accounts. the fact that rip-off merchant's should get more money then ever before by banning the sharing of music... but its not sharing, its pirated and illegal therefore a criminal activity and they are cracking down on said crim's haven the government have now decided to further ensure that the rich become even richer and the poor become even poorer... You don't have to get all the music thats out there, artists need to get paid as does the entire supporting industry, its capitalism at the end of the day. Not having a go, i just think its a very flawed argument.

yes to the flames kits, you get a nice bottle of butane/propane in the boot and little gas jets plumbed in under the sills and hey presto toasted carjacker legs, I never had this fitted tho as Z.A law states that its perfectly legal to protect yourself and your property, it is illegal to leave marks tho????????? So I use the gentle persuasion of a 50,000 volt tazer through the doors and boot handles (and bonnet clip, incase they try to disable u) which leaves no marks and is perfectly legal in Z.A. Of course it is not active in this country (my arse) just like I would never use Limewire for infringment of copywrite (my arse again)
P.S no further comments regarding my arse please, thank you

How is it flawwed? You honestly think "sharing music" is a crime? Yes it's illegal in the sense of copyright, well the majority is (the problem comes in when someone is using a P2P network to legally share music and video's and get's banned for doing so), but fook me, it doesnt harm anyone, anywhere in the world, except the likes of EMI's profit's of course... Getting done for driving at 35 in a 30 limit is flamed by tonne's of driver's, but wtf, that can harm and maybe even kill someone, it DOES take longer to stop then at 30mph, there is no way around that fact. The government going after music sharer's, is the government going after the easiest and most stupid crime of the lot... if the government were any good, they would get serious with crime and criminal's throughout the legal system, but especially at the higher level... A good start would be making LIFE mean exactly that, LIFE, not 12 fooking year's!! So I stand by my point, the government is spineless and gutless, they are going after an easy, stupid and harmless crime, when in reality, they should be targetting far more serious crimes. I don't think that argument is flawwed and I don't think even the most ardent of Labour supporter can argue with that, especially in light of the recent Gary Newlove case

Looooool someone posted this on Digital Spy... This is great news for us all.
Now, instead of giving notice and/or paying an early termination charge, we need only download a few MP3s and wait for the warning.
When received, repeat the exercise and wait for the termination.
Et Voila! Contract terminated, leaving you free to choose another ISP.
Another utterly ridiculous Brownite Labour policy designed solely to grab headlines.
What next? An annual £30,000 non-Dom charge? Never thought of it that way

Well this is the problem they have... they can threaten all these law's all they like, but the problem comes when they actually have to prove it in a court of law... they can only monitor you're usage to a certain degree within technical constraint's as it is, and even if they developed some ingenius way of monitoring what you are actually doing, then they would struggle to implement it due to privacy laws...
There is an estimated 6 - 10 million people reguarly using file sharing services for illegal purposes in the UK... I can't see how they will EVER enforce such a law on that amount of people.
Yet again, this government show's it's intent not to want to win the next election... they probably just lost another 100,000 voter's if not more!!
