That skyline looks like it has been created using vector art, photoshop is pretty useless for vector art.

basically, vector art is a computer created graphic.

As a general rule, use Photoshop for manipulating pictures and use a dedicated vector program eg Xara X for editing vector graphics.

Stick to these general rules to achieve the results you desire

did it usin paint m8 amazed its pretty good considerin usin that **** program every1 can have a go i want photoshop but no1 seems 2 have it.

You can buy photoshop from a number of retailers for a couple of hundred pounds.

If you want to try before you buy, use bit torrent of Kazaa lite to download the program.
