There is no street named Dacre hill. The most I can find is 'Dacre Hill Post Office' on Google earth.

Dacre Hill exists on contemporary high scale maps as both the small area around the Post Office and as a generalised larger area between Egerton Park and Woodhey.
In old directories there are some Dacre Hill addresses, from number 10 to number 64 (including some odd numbers) in Kelly's 1902 directory. It indicates that Dacre Hill starts at 423 Old Chester Road and ends at Bebington Road/Kings Lane. 423 Old Chester Road is about 50 yards North from the post office, the dog-leg in the road is the border and there are obviously differing building styles either side of that boundary.
There's a real danger that the left will drag Britain back to the 1970s, with secure well-paid jobs, ample housing, properly-funded NHS and social care, free tuition, student grants, final salary pensions, affordable rail fares and fabulous films and music. I seem to remember a Dacre Hill convent school. Rock Ferry Convent in Woodlands Road near the Post Office which backed on to Rock Ferry High School, which became Plessington School before the Plessington name moved to its St John's site by The Oval. I think the only remnant of the convent are parts of the boundary walls between it and Rock Ferry High School site. Dacre House nearby was a children's home, this was located between where Autumn Grove and Richardson Road is now, its entrance drive still exists beside 600 Old Chester Road just up from the lights.
