I'm still trying to figure out what aircraft it is, I thought it was a DC3-Dakota but they never had a four-blade prop. Everything else looks right, twin engined, low-wing, squarish cockpit windows, slight dome front.
There's a real danger that the left will drag Britain back to the 1970s, with secure well-paid jobs, ample housing, properly-funded NHS and social care, free tuition, student grants, final salary pensions, affordable rail fares and fabulous films and music. Very good Bert - perhaps I should have spotted the similarity to a VC1 - even if I had, I haven't come across the Valetta/Varsty before
