For the past month or so, I am constantly hearing a male yelling at the top of his voice, every 15 seconds or so, and for long periods of time. I thought it was a neighbour, but it is in fact coming quite a long way away at the bottom of Rock Lane West.
It's constant and sounds manic. And I'm not hearing things, as my neighbour also says he hears it. It happens multiple times, everyday.
Does anyone know where it's coming from? It's far from normal.

The guy you hear yelling has a mental disability.His carer takes him up to the shops each day.

Extremely sad. Used to hear certain patients shouting out the same words/sentences over and over and over when I regularly visited a friend in a NH.
