Bought some Floplast square guttering and a round down pipe from Screwfix. What kind of Saw would be good for cutting these gutters and down pipes for straight line around it?

A hacksaw is the best to cut plastic piping .

I’ll second metal cutting bladed hacksaw. Use a piece of paper or masking tape as a cutting guide otherwise it won’t be straight.

I'd use a fine-toothed Japanese pull saw. You'll get a straighter cut pulling than pushing.
