We are planning to go on the Bidston Tour soon . Apparently the meeting is at St Oswalds Church gates Bidston Village Rd . Dont know the road, so can anyone tell me if its fairly easy parking round there , and if its likely our car will remain intact ? Any recommendation where to park or not to park from car safety point of view ?

I normally park down Lennox Lane without any trouble.
I guess its the Hidden Wirral tour?

Nah, not my thing, I like to look at things not listen to people drone on (even though I am occasionally a guide elsewhere).

Haven't done it but Bidston village is interesting, so it should be enjoyable and informative. My Dad never used to like guided tours, but I find a good tour guide has all sorts of interesting snippets to offer that you might not find elsewhere.
