I noticed what appears to be a cycle path being constructed along the Dock Rd.in Wallasey, but it seems to have been abandoned half completed.
What's the story here?

They ran out of cycle path and are waiting for more to be delivered.

It certainly looks that way!
Could it be that they'd like a tiny strip of Peel Holdings' land to complete it and Peel wants to keep it to build a skyscraper on?

I saw a picture once of a big, big really big tree that someone had cut a hole in so cars could drive through. I am sure they wouldn't mind making a little hole through the skyscraper so the bikes could go through?
