I found a Bike LED light near Macdonald's, Rock Retail Park / the Birkenhead tunnel area today at about 18:00. Get in touch if you've lost one, thanks!

Not mine but that junction is to get a major change to "facilitate cyclists" and get them away from the underpass . Thus meaning cars can enter the tunnel without slowing down .
