A nice chunk of that 3 cloves and some proper cinnamon (thin flake stuff not the thick type), bring to the boil and add some hot milk. ALWAYS at Sunday breakfast Snod 5 Precepts of Buddhism seem appropriate. Refrain from taking life. Refrain from taking that which is not given. Refrain from misconduct. Refrain from lying. Snowhite, I always used to buy a Caramac as you appeared to get more for your money. Now I can't eat it as it makes me cough haha. We all love Galaxy in our family, especially Galaxy counters.
