The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors has awarded the Building Conservation North West Region Award to Birkenhead Priory.
They will go forward in November 2017 when the overall UK Winner will be declared.

Quite strange, the award is for work done a number of years ago. I noticed a few entries were like that this year, seems a bit strange for annual awards.
There's a real danger that the left will drag Britain back to the 1970s, with secure well-paid jobs, ample housing, properly-funded NHS and social care, free tuition, student grants, final salary pensions, affordable rail fares and fabulous films and music. Went there a few years ago I see they've still not finished building it you'll think they would of put a roof on it by now
