The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors has awarded the Building Conservation North West Region Award to Birkenhead Priory.
They will go forward in November 2017 when the overall UK Winner will be declared.

Quite strange, the award is for work done a number of years ago. I noticed a few entries were like that this year, seems a bit strange for annual awards.

Went there a few years ago I see they've still not finished building it you'll think they would of put a roof on it by now
