"Ozark Trail" is trade name used by Walmart (Asda), I don't know who manufactures them other than they are Chinese.
Reports are quite good on them if you know what you are doing, putting a few extra guys on and things like that. A budget tent of this size is never going to be a straightforward pop-up and forget.
