Talking of rich lists, I've just been reading about the wealth of Britain's aristocracy, top of the list is the new Duke of Westminster who has inherited £9.5billion and is still raking it in hand over fist, it didn't help his dad though who snuffed it aged only 64.

Yes, hierarchy is bound to exist and so are pay differentials BUT what is unsustainable is the higher paid getting bigger PERCENTAGE pay rises than the poorer paid. This isn't a political point, it is simple arithmetic. All the money ends up in a few peoples pocket at the cost of the rest which drives poverty.
