same here in Irby Granny. Kids heard it. Fire brigade say they were responding to a gas leak...I hope they didn't arrive at the wrong moment.

Someone on social media said they heard it in Flint. I too hope that none of the fire brigade arrived at the wrong time. There again, there must have numerous people around at that time of night. Gives you the shivers to think !

I wonder what ignited the gas leak, hopefully it wasn't someone in the building. It takes over 600 centigrade to ignite, a hot lightbulb or similar wouldn't be enough.

So why on earth have they deployed a helicopter? Are they hoping to arrest flying debris and take it in for questioning, or is it just high-ranking cops rubbernecking?
