Hi there
Is there a legitimate way to avoid paying the extra stamp duty on a second property?
Cheers

If the second property is to become your main residence and you sold another main residence before Nov 26th 2015 then there is a loophole.
The other obvious loophole is someone else buying it but this is risky.
There's a real danger that the left will drag Britain back to the 1970s, with secure well-paid jobs, ample housing, properly-funded NHS and social care, free tuition, student grants, final salary pensions, affordable rail fares and fabulous films and music. I respect people who pay their taxes without trying to weasel out of them.
