I have just read in Liverpool Echo online that the Council have cancelled all but two of usual Firework displays.
Birkenhead Park and Lingham Lane re-scheduled and now on tomorrow Nov 6th not tonight at 6.30pm.
The Cross River one at New Brighton is still on tonight.

And Mayer Park, Bebington was on tonight at the same time as River of Light - according to the Council who state there are only two???

Probably not mentioned by council as Bebington is run by a community thing and not the council.
