Trying to book a reliable time served painter decorator on the wirral to redecorate a bedroom in our bungalow. They either dont turn up when they say they will or are saying booked up until the new year. Does anyone know anyone reliable? need it decorating after 26th september as im having a new window fitted. Thanks in advance
