My Great Grandfather Patrick Toohig was born 1867 in Birkenhead. The address I have is 4 Stanley Court, his father Jeremiah was a dock labourer. Has anyone got any information about Stanley Court or the docks at Birkenhead in the 1860's. Also does anyone have any information on the Toohig family or the Donnelly family (as this was his mother's maiden name)

Stanley Court was enumerated next to the Dock Cottages, I'm not sure if they were built next to the Dock Cottages or part of them. For information on the Dock Cottages, look in the Index of Photo's or History index, found in the History Section.
