Santos, the pavement is really wide here, no need to walk on the road to get passed for mothers with prams. Do you really live there? No broken paving stones i can see.
Gibbo , no evidence of this but it is equally wrong in the road traffic act. How many tickets for it? Come on wirral council, start walking down most residential streets and start issuing tickets where cars have 2 wheels on the pavement. Then we wont have to pay council tax as the income from fines will be so large.

No there are no broken ones now but plenty of signs of where they have been replaced, in some cases by concrete. It does not matter how wide the pavement is, cars are for the road NOT the pavement, no excuse whatsoever for parking on the pavement but tell that to the golfers, they don't live there so don't give a dam and yes I live there and have done for 20 years.
