Hi, I've just read an article in Saturdays Liverpool Echo - it is on page 23. The article is written by Mike Litherland from a Southport firm called Outhwaite and Litherland and is a general article discussing various items he has sold. However at the end he tells how his firm has valuation days every Friday or invites people to either ring the office or email a picture of the articles you want to sell. I can't find the article online to give you the URL but here is the contact information from the article. If you have items you wish to enter into our next sale, we have a free valuation day at our Southport office every Friday 10.30am-12.30 or 2pm-4pm. Or email a photo to auction@ lots.uk.com, call 01704 538489 to speak to a valuer or we can come to you. I hope this is of some use to you and the best of luck to you.

Id take up the free valuation goodolephil mentioned ,but bear in mind that its in their interests to gather as many items into auction as possible , so may well raise your hopes artificially

Uffa, Why not take your picture to the Flog It day at the Wallasey Town Hall on March 8th?
Then you could leave it for sale if the estimate was decent.
