Any one know what the man in middle of leasowe rd is doing he is sitting in middle of rd on deck chair with camera filming cars by lidls.

I stopped and asked him.
From what I could understand from his strong scottish accent he said taking film of cars with lights on so he could play it back fast.
Weird.

its not wierd its a form of video art like time lapse.
