Beware of the new 20mph speed limits set up around Wirral areas of Eastham, Rock Ferry, Moreton and Wallasey. These seem to be in effect from today in Wallasey as all the new speed signs have been uncovered in areas bounded by Wallasey Road - St Albans Road - Mill Lane - Breck Road. More pointless signs - why don't they spend the money filling in the endless potholes?! Prats  Stupid big yellow signs everywhere saying "XX accidents at this spot" - there would be fewer accidents if they fixed the bloody potholes instead!

They don't have to put up any funding and they dont have to go through any admin/planning/legal red tape, the potholes make themselves! Its a conspiracy I tell ya!!
