Hi,
Just thought I'd let you know that bogus emails are out again, I had one this morning supposedly from my bank! Now I know banks do not email you, they only contact you through their site, well this email said I had a transaction of 12.50 a month to cloudsv.co.uk,pending, and if I knew about to ignore the email, if I thought it wasn't right to click on the link! as if I would! Just be wary!! I deleated it straight away.

you have done the right thing, just delete the email
if in doubt, call in or phone your branch to double check
