I would like to see some figues to support that view please.Seacombe is a very fine neighbourhood with lots of lovely people living there. I dont doubt there is a neighbourhood with nice people living there but most of the bother I hear about is coming from Seacombe. I mean its probably seen its better times but personally (my judgment Rudebox) its probably full of arseholes. No figures to support this folks. well, its not full of arseholes. there are some, of course. there are arseholes everywhere! the thing is, there is nothing here really. the 'passing through' peeps see a barren space and assume that all the residents are scumbags.
