Yeah that's the point of them!
what's better, get us all to answer the questions at home and interview the ones who know what they're doing, or get staff to stop doing their jobs to interiew every applicant only to find out 2/3s of them haven't got a clue about customer service or whatever? Obviously the first one, and I say this as someone who didn't pass the Boots questionairre stage so I don't mean it in an arrogant way or anything!

i need a second job, preferably cleaning mornings orrr 2 nights a week, already have a job which is 24 hours a week but not really got the option of extra hours at the moment, im used to working full time ...im bored otherwise lol
