your not supposed to have hedgehogs as pets. they are wildlife and should remain in the wild.

If the hedgehog has been domesticated you'll send him to his death if you just let him go free - has he become dependent on humans for food?

Hi All I had gone off line and had not realized ata the time that the hedgie was not roaming free. I have spoken to the lady,but he has at the moment gone AWOL. I have left my number and as soon as he turns up I will collect him and he can spend the rest of his days in my garden. Aill keep you upto date!!!

He will prob prefare to find his own speck. I have a good sized garden with alot of over overgrown parts. If he is still looking for somewhere after a week or so I will interveen, given his background! XXX

I'm guessing the critter may have started out as an injured juvenile and the neighbour came to his aid, but then the hedgehog probably kepy coming back for food after that. Let's not execute the neighbour yet

Just rang the lady again and he still hasn't turned up. She say's that there is alot of ivy at the bottom of the entry and that he may have gone in there!
