After a torque wrench that'll do 20nm if anyone has one to borrow for a day! Mine (typically) does only 28nm+.

I'll be more precise, the valve stem liners are knackered on one cylinder (I think). I'll probably just pay 50 quid for a working scrappy head, I've spent too much time and money on this as it is.
