Dispite what views you all have on the various forms of punishment that was handed out years ago [and i mean in the 1940s and 50s} the result of a complete total lack of any form of punishment has resulted in the position we are in today with some or a lot of the teanagers from a very early age just doing what ever they like, knowing they will get a way with it. girls have always got pregnant outside of marrige for a start, but the child was taken away so there where no free bees for the teanagers as a result of having a kid. Its time benifits where means tested then the parents would not be so keen on taking on there childrens off spring.
