Every Now and then we need to Renew our Passports
or apply for a New One.

I have recently Renewed my passport, and i used the Online Service Click Me
And all the paper work was sent out to me pre filled in with
my answers. It didnt cost me anything at that point.

Then my new Pictures and I Used the Post Office Service so i think all in all i paid £74 for everything and got it back in 7 days. Posted it on the Monday with the post office and got it back the Following Monday. (Out of season). Mine also has an Identity Chip in it too. But not all passports its the get this. (See icon under word passport in picture)

NEW Passports
You will now have to make an appointment for an interview
so you can get a new passport. I'm not sure when that's
kicking in but some one may post about it.

EXPIRED
Just a side note, if your travelling abroad your passport
needs to have + 6 months to run on it before it expires.
Or it will be treated as an Expired Passport.
For Example travelling to the states you wont get in with 5 months and 3 days on your passport.

You need to check this with the country your visiting with there consoliat as you may be allowed less but dont assume you will, Check first, or Renew your passport.

Mines valid until 2013, one hopes we will have a better government by then and they wont be trying to rip everyone off like the current one.
