Looks like there has been a really bad accident at Kings Lane Roundabout, Bebington. Passed at about 1:30 and I've never seen so many blue lights in one place. Seeing the ridiculous way people drive on that roundabout I suspect a vehicle has come off the roundabout heading down Kings Lane and hit a pedestrian. I've seen a number of pedestrians "barged" out the way there and vehicles heading onto the roundabout above 30mph From the police response it is not looking good  There are still some road closures at the roundabout.
There's a real danger that the left will drag Britain back to the 1970s, with secure well-paid jobs, ample housing, properly-funded NHS and social care, free tuition, student grants, final salary pensions, affordable rail fares and fabulous films and music.
