Has anyone a second hand copy of this book "Capital and Innovation' by Charles F.Forster which they would sell to me? I don't want to buy it new! I would pay postage to Australia.

Thanks Gibbo. Located the book on Amazon but they don't seem to be able to post to Australia. I will keep looking.

Greener Books is Abebooks is Amazon and they will deliver to Australia. Alternatively try buying it through ebay Australia, just put in the isbn "0951838245"
