So I have this rather ambitious project, which involves gutting the innards of five smart-looking uplighter sconces which look a lot like these. The bulb fittings inside are an obscure push-in type, and I want to replace them with some bayonet-type fittings.

The problem is, the stuff I want to remove is all riveted to a plate which also serves as the actual wall mount bracket for the sconce. I plan to use some aluminium angle moulding for making new brackets, but I am absolutely hopeless at drilling the mounting holes accurately. Does anyone know of a local business or dadly hobbyist with a bench drill who may be able to help out?

Payment can be negotiated in cash or ale :B
