How many Merseyside "Recycling" site fires have we had in the last year, that must be at least five? Quite a few. Just another form of re-cycling and/or polluting. Somewhat counter productive !

Wondering if these companies dealing with waste need insurance or if they can claim when someone else's old rubbish goes up in flames ?
How can a load of old rubbish be assessed for insurance claims ?
