Ha, I was trying to figure out this press release, I guess one of the existing councillors has departed one way or another and there is going to be an election.

WBC Web site lists 2 current Councillors for Liscard (both Labour, who'd a tho't it, lovely, booming, thriving place that it is!)

There should be three:- Bernie Mooney, Matthew Daniel and Janette Williamson (all Labour).

Looks like Matthew Daniel has gone - I've not heard anything???
