Listing on behalf of my landlord. One bedroom apartment in Oxton to rent from end March, as I'm moving away.

Recently decorated back in September, with new laminate flooring throughout.

Good sized living room, bedroom, en-suite bathroom, massive kitchen, hallway and store room.

Gas central heating, but a generally a very warm flat so you won't need it on much (I just have it on an hour in the morning).

Although its unfurnished I'm happy to do a deal on any of the existing furniture that's there as I'm moving into furnished accommodation.

There's also private off-road parking spaces. One official designated spot and two additional "first come, first served" spaces, but there's more spaces than cars.

There are 8 other residents in the apartment, its a 50-50 mix of owners and long term renters. All very friendly and on first name terms. Forget to put your bin out? No problem, someone will have done it for you.
