I already know what the response will be, you should not be petitioning the government, it should be the council.
Unfortunately, the government has far too many problems to deal with, and not enough money, to even consider looking at this.
Personally, id rather they dealt with the financial crisis and employment problems rather than wasting their time considering the re-opening the Bidston tunnels.
I agree MattLFC,12 years in power is just not long enough to sort out the country's problems.

I can't believe there are over 3000 members on here supposedly interested in the Wirral and all we have is 94 sigs on the petition. Can't we get Mark to put this at the top of all the topics or something. This is important, dammit!!!!!
Willjb there's several on here that have the link as their signature. We've set up a FaceBook page but it seems apathy is alive and well!! I don't believe anything Mark does will make a lot of difference.

I didn't know how to sign it as well, despite trying. Is there a way to tell if you've done it properly?
You need to register which send you an e mail. you then need to reply to that to verify your who you say you are. That's all I can remember tbh, it's months since i did it.
