unauthorised copying (i very much doubt this would include copying to ur pc or mp3 player), hiring, renting, public performance & broadcasting of this work prohibited

If i pay +£10 for a CD Music or Software or Movie
trust me if its valuable to me i will be copying it as a back up.

Sony being dumbasses again! I tend to put most my CDs onto the PC and then make a nice long MP3 disc to take with me in the car, so if that gets nicked i still have the backups and originals at home.
