Is there any one that could edit a jpeg picture for me please, to remove a web site address and change it to a different web address.

If you have an hour free and some patience you can do it on ms paint. May not look the same however...

I though, am concerned re image rights if you're removing a watermark or something like one.

The image is an existing image which belongs to his company.
Willo just needed the original image editing and updating with the new web address. No real drama.
