straight through? i have one qeustion,do u ever do long motorway journeys,cos if so,steer clear of strate thru,they too loud.But i say,whatever u choose,give cybox a try (sprayforce)

Your going to get a straight through sytem eg no silencrs, think you injector work properly when their is a set ammount of backpreasure. So by having no silencer i am guessing they wont. I think this is the main reason why so many dealer say it voids the warranty. Just check b4 you do it

i agree m8 you need sum type of silencer otherwise car wil be slugish cas there's not enuf bak pressure

i was thinkin of a decat in the future. as my car us turbo do i not need to worry about back pressure?

Thats NOT strictly true smack

Turbo'd cars thrive of no back pressure but N/A cars dont always agree with it but some do.

Example 1.

Impreza de-catted & straight through exhaust will give approx 10% power gain.

Example 2.

BMW 325i De-Catted & Straight through exhaust will loos approx 10% power smack

Its worth doing your homework before going straight through.

You can still have a loud exhaust with silencers just use a singled baffle silencer instead of a typical twin baffled silencer.

Catalysts also provide back pressure.

Hope this helps ??

Jay any idea what cars cope well to no back pressure.

Not really mate, as a rule though, turbo'd cars thrive of it and N/A cars dont ......

To be honest its vehicle specific therefore maybe try your vehicles owners club on the net as they will have specific info.

or shud i stay clear and go spray force?
thanks chaps!

Personally i would check out sprayforce afirst as they will supply & fit the exhaust for you.

Not only that if there is any problems they are local too you but that other company are in Dorset so you would have to take the exhaust off and be without your car and then post the exhaust off to them and wait for a replacment all without a car smack
