Right Guy's, We will be holding a clubstand for the Modified Nationals 2006 as always and all the arangments will be getting made during Jan/Feb 2006 so keep a eye out in this topic as the information will be getting postsed once we start making the relevant arangments.

Maybe a good start to get some provisional Names down ?

Whats everyone looking for with regards to the clubstand ??

Are we happy just putting the big banner up or are we looking at Marquee's and community tents ??

I'd be up for having a proper club stand with marquees and stuff, it's more likely to get us noticed, coz last year our stand just blended in to the crowd and no-one really stopped to look at the cars other than a few ford nuts who were interested in dazza's bonnet! We have got some stunning cars on here and they deserve to be noticed more. Should have the civic sprayed by then so i look forward to showing it off..

Hopefully i can sort a big install in the jag before the nationals, so yeah i agree with jimbo

What are we looking for as a Club ??

Looking for more suggestions, do you guy's want us to book the tickets in a group booking ? What food arrangments ?

I need your help here as im struggling, get your suggestions/idea's down in this topic please.

Yeah, group booking would be good i think and then we just pay you back. Not too sure about the food arrangements, I'd be quite happy cooking for myself and the other half, but webbys cooking was spot on last year. Maybe if admin sorts out dinner but the members make/buy their own breakfast and lunch? I think that'd work well.

At this years location Rockingham speed way,
there are plenty of food outlets.

I would like to have as much fun,
and relax as much as you guys do so i can
get pictures and video of the show.

So this year its going to be just as easy
to buy food at the outlets.

Maybe we can club together for drinks?

Need to start ticking the boxes
whos coming etc or this will be on top of
us before we know it.

I dont mind arranging the group bookings but Payment must be in advance

We have been let down several times in the past and learnt from our past experiances......

Dinner would be good but thats webbys call and there would obviously be a small charge put on top of the tickets to coker food, equipment, gas etc etc....

Personally i think we should have a good community tent for loads of banter & beer, a BBQ would be good also but EVERYONE mas to chip in and help out as in the past admin/mods have had all the responsability and it spoils the weekend for us.

The clubstand should be awesome this year as we have some georgeous cars to show.

I am not making desissions here, just bantering idea's around, its everyones choice what happens and not just admin's choice.

I am up for group booking and paying for the food if u and mark are doing ya little fastfood take away lol, i liked the way it was done last year, think if u and mark dntmind it that way, then i all for it. When is the last date money must be payed in by?????????

Me and Scooby will get our heads together,
this sunday (Tomorrow),
and thrash out the details.

And get the ball rolling.

So we will have a plan of action,
payment details etc....
