I got this, unsolicited in my inbox, a couple of days ago, can only think that my info was picked up from a job site.
Application goes on to ask for bank details and then copy of ID, proof of address and A PHOTO OF YOU HOLDING THESE DOCS.
I got three telephone calls from different US area codes. My (strictly limited) IP investigation skills reveal that the domain hasn't been registered for long, perhaps one of our better skilled members could check this out.
I sent them no more info than I've posted on various job sites.

A leading loyalty organisation is looking for an Account Manager /no experience
required/ to join their global financial services team.

Location: UK

Paying up to £15,000 (Part Time); £21,000 (Full Time).

If you are interested in this vacancy please e-mail your CV for more
information.

You haven't posted the IP information so can't check that, but from a quick look at the advert, which I imagine is Copy & Paste, here are my observations if they help.

Harvey Business Associates LTD isn't listed as a company at Companies House, and there is nothing similar enough to be a error.

Harvey Business Associates LTD doesn't have a web presence that you would expect.

The wage itself seems far below the national average for Account Managers. After tax, even full time, your take home pay would be £17k p/a

Some of the syntax in the advert seems wrong and there is an overuse of Capital Letters, in the wrong places.

It's up to you, you have to make your own choices, just be aware of what you are sending.

That is a scam, its playing on your needs (A Job).

Its asking for bank details before even reviewing your CV or your suitability for the job. It is a scam. Be happy knowing you spotted it. If they had that much information about you and really wanted you they would use the Telephone Number to contact you.

Its a scam, to get there hands on your bank account.

Hope that helps you hit the spam button and delete.

My mails to them this morning asking them why this info is required have (unsurprisingly) not been answered.

Well, I suppose that if it walks like a duck.........................
